Registration Procedures for Degree programs
NEW STUDENTS
- purchase your information brochure from the front desk officers/sales representatives.
- Register for and sit the placement entrance examination and interview.
- Take your Entrance result to the admission office to obtain your admission application package.
- Fill in the admission application from and return it along with all required documents to the admission office in order to obtain your admission letter.
- Take your admission letter to your program department head in order to obtain your control / planning sheet and plan your courses as guided by the department head.
- Proceed to the business and finance office to do payment and obtain your official receipt.
- Take your control /planing sheet to the admission office for registration completion and filing.
OLD STUDENTS
- Take your AIIST diploma to the admission office to obtain your admission application package.
- Fill in the admission application from and return it along with all required documents to the admission office in order to obtain your admission letter.
- . Take your admission letter to your program department head in order to obtain your control / planning sheet and plan your courses as guided by the department head.
- Proceed to the business and finance office to do payment and obtain your official receipt.

- High School Document (Transcript & Diploma & WASSCE Result)
- Two Letters of Recommendation (School and Community)
- Photocopy of ID Card (National ID, Voter ID, or Passport)
- One Passport Size Photo With a White Background.
- Students must attend counseling section before admission.
- Frees once paid cannot be refunded,transferred or adjusted for any reason or circumstances.
- Fees must be paid in advance base on the program before commencement of classes.
- Management will not be responsible if students absence themselves from their assigned session. A fees of US20 will be charged for transferof session.
- Student must attend classes regularly, or if you drop from the class USD20 for new session.
- Student must not miss regular test held.
- 90% attendance is compulsory before exam.
- Readmission frees USD 100.
- Activity frees is compulsory excluding tuition.
